The ERMS group team was engaged to provide specialist advisory services to a large Queensland based University

Our team was tasked with the external review of the emergency control organisation, and the development of analysis report detailing recommendations to provide consistency and scalability across all university facilities; enabling the governance framework to be localised to reflect their individual aspects.

We were required to conduct the following:

a.       Desktop review of relevant documentation

b.       Discussion (via email, zoom or onsite attendance) with suitable personnel

Operational Assessment of the emergency management enablement and culture

Executive Summary of the status of the Emergency Management Organisation (ECO) and general overview of current state , which included the following:

a.       Outline of current ECO status in line with the Audit Findings

b.       Strategic direction of transition to “best practice”

Management Response to the Internal Audit Report (Emergency Management and Security Operations) that established some context and feedback on the internal audit report as well provide strategic level commentary on the identified issues.

Audit Action Report that provided detailed responses to the internal audit report

This project enables the client to implement industry best practice and enable emergency management to become more of a “Business as Usual” process
