Andrew Murray

Andrew Murray is the Executive Director -Public Safety and Resilience, and founder of the ERMS Group. With over 20 years of experience across law enforcement, investigations, security management, public safety, emergency response, and protective intelligence, Andrew brings an exceptional depth of expertise to the organisation. His career spans both public and private sector roles, where he has led operational risk assessments, conducted criminal and civil investigations, developed and delivered training programs, and facilitated emergency and security exercises.

Before establishing the ERMS Group, Andrew held a range of senior positions with responsibility for strategic, operational, and tactical security and emergency management. He has supported numerous organisations—government and private enterprise alike—by leveraging advanced investigative techniques to assist in both civil and criminal matters.

Andrew previously served as Vice-President of the Oceania Council for the International Association of Emergency Managers, holding the position for five years. He is currently the Chair of the Health Sector Group within the Department of Home Affairs’ Trusted Information Sharing Network.

Patrice Wallace

Patrice Wallace, brings to ERMS  15 years Event Management and Event Operations Management Experience, in the private and public sectors.  Alongside her event experience, she has skills in Business Management, Workplace Health and Safety/ Risk  Management (plan writing, reviewing, implementation), Stakeholder Management skills.

Patrice has a wealth of experience with community based not-for-profit organisations, specifically in the management of Agricultural events. 

She has a background in the entertainment industry as a stage manager, lighting and sound designer and operator and holds an Advanced Diploma of Live Production, Theatre and Events (Technical Production), Certificate IV Workplace Health and Safety and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

Patrice has been actively involved with educating and training event professionals in all aspects of event operations as well as risk and emergency management in an event/festival context.

Our team of specialists include former law enforcement, emergency services and military personnel.
